Baby Massage Key Class Points at a glance

  • 5 week course, running weekly for one and a half hours per week for  €165.00. 
  • First 4 weeks are run back to back. 5th week class is offered a few weeks later as a refresher and a chance to catch up with old friends.
  • Refundable on Health Insurance. Check with your provider to see if you qualify.
  • Buddy pass - Book in with a friend and you both get the course for just €155.00
  • Partners and twins are welcome at no extra cost.
  • Classes are guaranteed to be small.
  • Classes at Belarmine Community centre and Mount Merrion Comminity Centre in bright, modern, warm spacious surroundings.
  • Classes times and day vary depending on location.
  • Ample car parking
  • Lift access.
  • All massage is demonstrated on a massage doll. Parents massage their own baby.
  • Classes are conducted on the floor. Babies are on mats and parents sit on the floor on throws, mats and cushions all of which are provided. Alternative arrangements can be made on request. 

Class will receive: 

  • Complementary Baby Yoga Class Pass from Hush Baby Massage and Baby Yoga to the value of €30.00
  • Baby massage oil and booklet.
  • Tea / coffee and light refreshments supplied after each class. Class brought out for coffee on last class.

 

 

 

Relaxed and Calm Setting.

100% of all past pupils surveyed have said that they have found Hush Baby Massage classes a relaxing activity to do with their baby. Classes are held in a modern and clean environment. All Parents and babies are put at ease in a clean, warm, cosy, candle lit, gentle music filled environment. A perfect setting to nourish and deepen the bonding process.  

 

Although ideally babies get massaged from birth, in a class situation it is recommended the baby would be six weeks+ to start a course. It can be more relaxing for the parent because babies that are that tiny bit older settle into the class situation easier. A better sleep routine often starts at around this point too making getting up and out to a class that bit easier for you.

 

If you feel you and your baby would be ready to start sooner give me a call and we can discuss your situation. People often attend with very small babies if they feel they need the social interaction.

If you wanted to start sooner or if getting out and about is an issue for medical reasons, I can come to your house to teach you and your partner in the comfort of your own home. We can agree on a time that will best suit you and your baby.  

Price is €195 for 1 session of an hour and a half with your partner and baby in your home. Then you are invited to join a 5 week course where you get to meet other parents at no extra charge. If you did can not attend the course a second home visit can be arranged.
